Horseback Riding Lessons

Private Lessons (5yrs – Adults)

Upon completion of the DERS Introductory Lesson, riders may choose to progress their skills through private lessons.

Our team of professional riding instructors will work with you on your goals one-on-one. In this a 30-minute session. Beginners will perfect the basics as they enjoy the journey riding DERS school horses. Intermediate to Advanced riders will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge as they show us their ability and discuss riding goals.

Utilizing information from the Introductory Lesson, we work to match riders with appropriate horses for future lessons, and for accurate placement within Group Lessons, Programs for Adults, or our Signature Youth Riding Clubs.

Semi-Private Lessons

This option is for students who are siblings or would like to ride with up to 2 horse-loving friends or family members (45-minutes).

Group Lessons

Group lessons consist of 4 or more riders of the same ability riding together in the arena for 60-minutes (with one instructor). Our Signature Youth Riding Clubs and Programs for Adults offer the added perks of learning from all riders in the group, and developing friendships with like-minded horse lovers!
